At Hollo Couture, each piece is prepared with care and attention to detail before dispatch. We manufacture all our garments on site in our workshop in Sar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time. If your item requires extended production time, we will contact you directly.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to selected countries including the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and parts of Africa using our shipping partner DHL.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Estimated delivery windows:

• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• East Africa: 3–7 business days
